What services do you offer?

At Wavefront we offer a range of services.

Our physiotherapy services are provided largely virtually. This includes an initial online assessment with follow ups provided as required. Follow up are charged at £40 a session. If needing an in person follow up in the Exeter area, this will be £55.

Our coaching services also start with an initial assessment online. From here we will decide what tier of coaching you require.

What can I expect from my first Physiotherapy Session?

Initial assessments are 45 minutes long. This includes a detailed discussion of your symptoms, history and goals, followed by guided testing. You will be provided with guided rehabilitation through the rehab guru available on app. You may be required to film yourself doing particular movements so your physio can assess your biomechanics and movement patterns to aid in creating an individualised program.

Do I need a Doctors Referral?

No referral needed.

You can book directly into our sessions. Please check the disclaimers prior to booking to ensure you don’t have any red flags that require additional medical attention.

Do you work with non athletes?

Yes!

Wavefront physiotherapy and coaching is for anyone who values structure and progression. Whatever your goals may be we can help you perform the best you can and we will always adapt your plan to meet your goals.

What is you cancellation policy?

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or you will be charged the full rate, this allows for time for the space to be filled. If you need to reschedule, that’s fine! we will allow for 3 opportunities to change you appointment time. If you repeatedly cancel appointments, after 3 you will be discharged from the service.

How do I access my plan?

All coaching and rehab plans are made using Rehab Guru, which can be downloaded as an app, providing video demonstrations, progress tracking and direct messaging.
